About partnership

In OpenIMS, employees can create various documents based on templates, such as employment contracts, assignments, change requests, or lease agreements. Thanks to the integrated document workflow, these documents are automatically converted to PDF and presented for signing via the Signhost platform. After signing, the signed documents and the transaction receipt are stored in the DMS without employee intervention. This process is completely transparent, so the employee does not need to switch between systems or perform complex actions outside of OpenIMS.
